Manufacturing standards and technical requirements

1. The roller press must be manufactured strictly in accordance with the design requirements of Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd
2. The main body of the roller is made of 42CrMo forged steel, processed and quenched, and the normal service life of the roller surface is over 8000 hours
3. Rack structure (description) The main frame is composed of upper and lower horizontal frames and left and right columns, connected as a whole frame structure by high-strength bolt groups with load-bearing pins and tightened bolts. The main frame material is mainly 16Mn steel plate
4. After welding, the main frame should undergo overall annealing treatment
